What payment methods can I accept?

You can accept bank transfers and all major credit cards.


What fees apply?

The same processing fees apply to each transaction based on your PayRent service plan and current account settings. 


Who pays the fees?

Credit card fess are always the responsibility of the payer. Bank transfer fees will depend on your PayRent service plan and property group settings. Landlords on the Do-It-Yourself and Go-Like-a- Pro service plans can pass the transaction fees on to their payers. 


Where can I view my payments?

Landlords will be able to view all payments through their WePay login. You can log in to your WePay account here: https://www.wepay.com/login


Will the payer receive a receipt?

Yes. An automated receipt of payment will be sent to the email address entered on the checkout page. 


What bank accounts are accepted?

We use Plaid to verify banking details. Plaid works with over 12,000 banking institutions so chances are, you’re covered. You can read more about Plaid here. https://plaid.com/institutions/


How long are the processing times?

Payments made on the checkout page will take the same number of days to process as payments made within the PayRent platform.
