After payment has been submitted manually, there is a small window of time when a renter can cancel that payment. Here is how to cancel a payment. 


1. On the payment confirmation screen, click 'Click here to cancel'.

3. To Confirm the Status of the Payment, Click See Transaction History.

4. The canceled payment will have a status of failed.

If the payment was not canceled in time, contact your landlord to make arrangements for a refund.
