Transaction Costs:


If you are on our 'Pay-As-You-Go' or 'Do-It-Yourself' service plan, there are costs associated with each transaction. ($5 per transaction for PAYG or $2 for DIY)


If you are absorbing those fees for your renters then the processing fee will be deducted from the amount that is deposited into your bank account. 


Example:

Rent: $1000.00

Transaction Fee: $2.00

Tenant Pays $1000.00

Deposit Amount $998.00


If your renters are paying the transaction fees, then they will submit an amount higher than the rent payment and the full rent payment will be deposited into your account. 


Example:

Rent: $1000.00

Transaction Fee: $2.00

Tenant Pays: $1002.00

Deposit Amount: $1000.00


Service Plan Billing

Service plans are billed every 30 days for the 30 days prior. You will be charged the base rate of your plan plus the per-unit cost of any units that exceed the number of units included in your plan.

You will only be billed for occupied units with an active renter.  


Payments will not be deducted from your collected rents and are instead billed to the credit card on file. 


To view your service plan and billing details:

>Select 'Account Settings' from the menu.

>Select 'Plans and Billing'

You can edit your service plan and billing details in the action panel on the left side of the screen.
