How to Complete the form to accept Payments on PayRent

# Login to your PayRent account

1. Select Business Type

For Sole Proprietorship, select "Individual"

2. Enter your legal business name

For individuals that would be your name.

3. Enter your DBA (Doing Business As) name

For most businesses and sole proprietors, this is the same as the Legal Business Name

4. Enter your business street address

5. Enter your business city

6. Select your business state from the picklist

7. Enter your business zip code

8. Enter a business phone number

This can be the same as your personal phone number

9. Enter an optional link to your business website or rental listing

10. Enter a business description

11. Enter the amount of rental income you collect annually

12. Enter your tax id

For Sole Proprietors this is your SSN. For other business types this is your EIN.

13. Enter the date when your business started

14. Click on Next

15. Enter your Personal details

If you are not the owner, enter the details of the beneficial owner(s) of the business

16. For Sole Proprietors, upload proof of identity

17. Click on Submit

18. Enter your settlement bank details

This is the account where we will settle funds

19. Click on Save

20. Review fees and click on Start Accepting Payments
