How to Add a Property

PayRent organizes properties by address and unit number. Each unique address in our system is considered a property. Within that property, there can be multiple units.

• Single-family properties will appear as one property with one unit.

• Multi-family properties will appear as one property with multiple units assigned to individual tenants.

1. From the Dashboard, Click on QUICK ADD

2. Click on Add a Property

3. Type in the Address and Select the Address from the Drop Down Menu

4. Complete the Property Details

This information is not required or shared but is necessary for the reports on the landlord dashboard to show accurate information.

5. Click on SAVE

6. Click on "View Units"

7. Click on Unit Menu

8. Click on Edit Unit

9. Complete the Property Details

10. Enter the Rent Due Date and Amount.

11. Select your Property Settings

12. Click on SAVE
