No. PayRent verifies bank accounts by having you log in to your bank through a secure connection (Plaid). There's no place to enter a micro-deposit amount or code.

For a short time, a bug let some customers enter bank details by hand, which triggered a small test deposit. That bug is fixed. You can ignore the deposit and its code. Connect your account through your bank login instead.
Connect your bank
Follow Setting Up a Bank Account for PayRent. You'll pick your bank, log in, and choose the checking or savings account to use. PayRent never sees or stores your bank login.
If your bank isn't listed or won't connect
Make sure your PayRent profile has a valid 10-digit phone number.
Try a checking or savings account at another bank.
Renters can also pay with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card, if your landlord accepts cards.
