PayRent has two plans. Landlords pay a monthly subscription, card fees are always paid by the renter, and ACH fees depend on the plan.
Do-It-Yourself
$24 per month, 30 units included, $3 per additional unit
ACH bank transfer: $5 per transfer. The landlord chooses who pays it: the landlord, the renter, or a split.
Debit card: 1.0% + $6.95, paid by the renter
Credit card: 3.5% + $6.95, paid by the renter
5-day funding
Go-Like-A-Pro
$59 per month, 10 units included, $4 per additional unit
ACH bank transfer: free
Debit card: $12 flat, paid by the renter
Credit card: 3.5% + $6.95, paid by the renter
3-day Express Funding
Good to know
You're billed only for occupied units. You can change plans anytime, and there's no long-term contract.
When the landlord pays the ACH fee, it's deducted from the deposit.
Renters see any fee they'll pay in their invitation email and again at checkout, before they submit a payment.
